The IDG meeting42 C.F.R. § 418.56

Walk into IDG with every brief already written.

The plan of care is reviewed as often as the patient's condition requires, and at least every 15 days. Jubal Med reads each patient's records since the last review and writes the brief your team discusses: what changed, what needs attention, and what the chart is missing. Every line is cited.

Inside a brief

Written from the records, and honest about what isn't there.

Since the last update
What changed for the patient since the team last met, in plain sentences.
Flags
Decline, new symptoms, equipment requests, each cited to the note it came from.
By discipline
Nursing, aide, social work, chaplain: what each documented, and the visits against the plan.
Not in the records
The visits, weights and scores the chart doesn't have yet, named instead of guessed.
Plan of care to consider
Suggestions only, each with its source. The team decides and records them.
Jubal Med

Works beside your EMR

Your EMR stays the record, if you want it to.

Choose where your IDG reviews are kept. Kept in your EMR: Jubal Med prepares the briefs, the team copies each one across, and the review, the decisions and the physician's signature stay where they are today.

Kept in Jubal Med: the team corrects each draft in the meeting, and the accepted draft becomes the patient's update.

Bring one real IDG meeting. See the briefs before it starts.
