Where patient data lives and who sees it.
Patient records are protected health information and are handled as such. Documents and chats are stored for your organization only, and nothing is used to train models. Model calls go through Jubal's gateway under a business associate agreement. The desktop app holds no credentials of its own and keeps only a cache of records on the computer.
People see the patients and projects of the organization they belong to, and a project can be restricted further under Who can open this project. Admins manage people under Organization › Team. Every Jubal support session, access change and deletion is in Organization › Audit trail.
