Projects → New project. Name it ("Survey response, March") and give it a scope note; Jubal reads the scope on every question in the project.
Inside a project are its files, chats and documents. Who can open this project controls who on your team can see it.
To review a document against the regulations, upload it to a project and ask Jubal to review it. It reads it fully and produces a findings memo: what the rule requires, where in your document, the authority, and the severity.
