• On a patient: the Ask box on the patient page. Jubal reads the records before answering and cites the record and page.
• In a project: the Ask box in the project reads the project's files when the question concerns them.
• Research: quick regulatory questions with no patient or project. Nothing here becomes a saved document.

Every regulatory claim carries a citation Jubal retrieved from its law library; it never cites from memory, and says "not in corpus" where the library does not cover a topic. If Jubal asks a question on a card, answer on the card. Thumbs-down under an answer asks "What was off?" and goes straight to the Jubal team.
