Download the desktop app for Mac or Windows from jubal.med/download. It runs the same work against the same patients and documents as the web app, and:
- Drop the chart from your desktop. Drag files or whole folders from Finder or Explorer straight onto a patient.
- It locks when you step away. After an hour idle it asks who is there: Touch ID on a Mac, one click elsewhere.
- Fast with big charts. Records are kept on the computer for speed.
- Opens where the email points. A link in a Jubal email opens the app on the right screen.
- Sign in opens your browser to finish, then returns to the app. On a Mac with Touch ID the app then unlocks with your fingerprint.
- Updates download in the background. When one is ready choose Relaunch now or Skip for a day; do not reopen the app yourself while it says it is installing.
- Records are cached on the computer for speed; the team's copy in the cloud is the one that counts.
If the app will not load, quit and reopen it; if that does not clear it, use Report a bug.
