Patients and the Census

Patients lists every patient. Each row shows the patient, MRN, terminal diagnosis, level of care, location, and the next deadline.

• Filter with the chips: Referrals waiting, On service, Recerts due ≤ 14 days, NOE overdue, F2F needed. The search box filters by name, MRN, diagnosis or location.
• A patient mid-intake shows an Intake pill; open the row to resume where the intake left off.
• Patient status is referral, admitted, discharged, revoked or deceased. Change it on the patient page under Details.

Census in the left rail is every patient on service, one row each, with a column for each clock that decides payment (NOE, CTI, relatedness worksheet, addendum, recertification) and the one next step. Due items are amber and late ones red.
