A regulatory and documentation assistant for hospice teams.
Jubal Med reads a patient's records and builds the statutory documents a hospice must get right: the relatedness worksheet, the Certification of Terminal Illness, and the election statement addendum. It prepares the IDG briefs, and answers regulatory questions with citations you can stake a survey response or an appeal on.
It does the reading; your clinicians do the deciding. Every document it builds is a draft for the medical director and the IDG to review and sign. It never decides eligibility or prognosis for a patient. That is the medical director's call, and Jubal will say so and offer the regulatory requirements instead.
